Our mission is to integrate research and teaching into everyday clinical practice, to engender a culture of inclusiveness in the involvement of  clinical staff in research and to foster close collaborations between academia and NHS neuroscience research.

 

The Sheffield BRC is the UKs only Biomedical Research Centre dedicated to Neurology.

Neurocare funds ground-breaking Neuroscience research in Sheffield. Since beginning in the early 1980's, Neurocare have raised significant funds to buy equipment and support research to save and improve the lives of patients with a range of debilitating or potentially fatal neurological conditions.
